In today's time, Growing Longs Hairs is not just simple just like it seems to be


because  we are living in a generation where we all are so busy that we forget about 


everything accepts our hairs. And this results that we are not able to grow long hairs.


In growing long hairs there are many problems like caring of the long hairs and maintaining 


them properly etc,


But we don't take care of anything which results that we have suffered from hair-fall,  


dandruff, hair thinning etc,







Today's topic is how to grow hair longer and thicker.

It is not so hard to grow long hairs and maintain them very properly 

But in the absence of full knowledge, we make many mistakes that leads to the problems 

mentioned above.

If you are a person who doesn't have the knowledge, tips, and tricks for growing long hairs 

and maintain them properly then you are growing to have your answers in this post 

With my personal knowledge and methods.

My 3 Personal steps To Grow Long Hairs are:- 


  • Stopping hair damage:- 

If you are a kind of a person that is suffering from hair damage like hair fall, dry hairs,Frizzy hairs, Dandruff, Itching etc, then my friend then the first step for you is to get rid of these problems because of these problems your  hair will grow less and damage due to    which you will never able to grow long hairs.So go ahead and stop these problems first and, in this post, I will surely give some tips and, information to stop hair damage below.
 


  • Giving proper nutrition:-

Giving proper nutrition to hair is like giving food to our body for growth and development We all know that proteins, vitamins etc, all are essential for our body growth but many few peoples know that they are also very essential for our hairs, because they work the same for the hairs like for our body helps the hairs for growth and development. So,  giving proper nutrition to your hairs is a very essential part of growing your hairs longer and thicker. You can give nutrition to your  hairs via various methods one method is by Hair Masks and the best hair mask I think is Egg Hair Mask and another method to provide nutrition to your hair is by good diet and taking foods good for our hairs health. I will tell you briefly how to give proper nutrition  to your hairs below in this article.


  • Taking Proper Care:- 

If you follow the above two methods then surely you will get long hairs fast and thick but the third  method is very important also because once you get long hairs you have to take care then because if you don,t take care of them will damage very roughly and you and again you will suffer from the problems you are suffering before. These are my personal best methods to grow long hair fast and thick and now I will tell 

briefly about these three steps and I hope you will read them carefully and surely apply 

these methods in your daily life to grow long hairs. 

1.How to Stop Hair Damaging:-


Below are the best methods to stop damaging your hair.



1.Proper cleaning of hair:-



To Stop damaging your hair a very important thing is needed that is Clean Hair, clean 

hair is the secret of healthy hair.




In our daily life, we go through pollution, dust etc



And with us, our hairs also go through the same due to which the properly messed up


And the dust, pollution etc all give negative results to our hair and scalp

So, reducing this negative effect wash your hair at least once a day

Don't wash your hair more than 2 times a day 

One time is best according to me 

It all depends on you that when will you wash them

You can use a shampoo like anti-dandruff shampoos and conditioners to your hairs for better results

but note that don't use shampoo more than 3 times a week because it also contains harmful chemicals

which also can give some negative effects to our hairs. 


Here are some tips on how to clean properly your hairs:-

  • Hair wash is important:- By this the dust, dandruff that is struck in your scalp and hair will destroy. And your hair will grow faster than ever.

  • Make proper use of Shampoo & Hair Conditioner:- You can also use Shampoo & Hair Conditioner if your hair is in a very healthy condition so you can obviously use these Hair Products.


  • but be sure that you are using these Hair Products only two times a week. because these Hair Products contains chemicals which can be very harmful to your hair.

  • use baby shampoo because they contain very low chemicals which are very good for healthy hair.

so, for Stopping hair damage, it is very important to have healthy hair and split ends will damage our hair 


and cause Hair loss so avoiding split hair and Hair damage you have to trim your hair in a regular 


 the interval of time you are free to choose any intervals. 




3. Let Dry your Hairs Naturally:-



Don't use Heat appliances like Hairdryer on your hair on a daily basis.


because excessive heat can damage our hair will suggest you don't use it in your whole life.


Let dry your hair naturally. 


Or if you really want to use Hairdryer, I will suggest you buy hairdryer with zero heat technology.



And I will also suggest you don't use warm water on your hair for washing them use only 


normal water for washing them.

Because heat damages our hair.



4. Stop dandruff by using anti-dandruff shampoo:-





This method is useful for those peoples who have a small quantity of Dandruff in their hairs 

and in the scalp.



Or they suffer from Dandruff in Winters or any other season.

And also this causes diabetes because proteins are converted into sugar and high amount 


of sugar destructs our health and if we are not in a healthy state it will directly affect our hair.

If the amount of cortisol is high in our body then it will cause protein loss as well as hair loss.

And also if the amount of cortisol is very low our body then it will result in the patchy hair 


loss in our hair.




How to check the amount of cortisol in our body?




Pull or hold 60 hairs and then see how many hairs come out on pulling if more than 6 hairs fall then your body has too much cortisol.


And if you have patchy hairs then your body has cortisol in less quantity.

If we consume Proteins on our daily basis then it will give strength to our scalp so the

scalp can hold the hair with more strength and reduce the hair fall by 100%.

It is like an example of a tree and soil if the soil has enough nutrition it will hold the tree to

the ground if it will not have enough nutrition then the soil will not able to hold the tree or

tree's root and the tree will fall on the ground.
